Dublis

Dublis is inspired by the New Nordic Kitchen manifesto with Baltic twist. We are utilizing these basic rules and inspiration as our foundation, when we are creating new dishes.
As main ingredients we use the best local products, no matter if the origin is from nature, or from our best local farmers. We believe in “nose to tail” and “farm to table” philosophy to keep our food as biological and healthy as possible.
Dublis is aiming to be at the cutting edge of an ever changing gastronomic landscape, not just for the sake of being different, much more because we would like our guest to leave with a feeling that they at Dublis has been enjoying a healthy, interesting and tasty meal, of course accompanied by good and friendly service.
